Fall is one of my favorite seasons. It’s not too hot or too cold. We have the prettiest of sunsets. When the leaves are the most different colors. The start of a spooky season, getting ready for The holidays. How can you not love it?
Fall is also a season of healing. We already partied all summer. Spend time with friends and family. Go out anyway we could. It’s time to recharge. Taking some time to yourself will do some good for you in the long run. Taking some time to learn more about yourself will help you understand the things you struggle with. This is also around the time most people get a thing called seasonal depression and spending time to love yourself will help you deal with it a little better.
How many things you can do alone and be comfortable with your very own presence. Some of those things are different from being alone to understand yousend. At the end of the day it comes down to you and your mindset. If you want to do something to understand yourself a bit better and think that this activity is for that reason.
